To be considered for a booth, please contact us using the link below and be sure to let us know why you're the best in the city. We'll contact you when you're approved, and if you decide to be a vendor with us you can pay at that time.
The \$100 booth fee includes:
- A table on race day that gives you access to all of our runners
- A link on The City 5K website on our partners section
- The ability to include an item in our runner's bags

Vendor FAQ
What should I bring?
We provide a table, but you should bring your own tablecloth, signage, and any products or promotional materials.
When do I need to set up?
Vendors should arrive 1-2 hours before the race start time for setup.
Can I sell products?
Yes! Vendors are welcome to sell products directly to participants and spectators.
How many people attend?
Our events typically have 300-500 participants plus spectators and supporters.
Is electricity available?
Electricity is not provided by default. If you require power, please mention this in your application and we'll let you know if it's possible at your chosen event location.
What happens in case of bad weather?
The City 5K is a rain or shine event. In case of severe weather, we'll communicate any changes to vendors via email.
